Guaranteed Ride Home
Guaranteed Ride Home
-
Employees of Seaport TMA member companies are eligible to enroll in Guaranteed Ride Home.
You may access this program through CommuteSeaport and the associated app.
You must pre-register to use the program.
Leave your car at home and don’t worry about getting “stuck” at work.
We will give you a free ride home via Uber or taxi in the event of an emergency, illness, or unexpected overtime while at work.
Your ride is fully paid for using Uber or taxi cab vouchers. You get up to four vouchers a year for your ride.
Participation is free.
-
Go to www.CommuteSeaport.com and create an account.
Enter your commute and indicate what sustainable mode you used that day.
Contact us if you would like to use MetroCab for GRH instead of Uber.
-
Log your trips on CommuteSeaport, and it will automatically remember your typical commute. All you need to do is confirm each trip.
You will earn 1 point per day towards GRH when you use a sustainable mode to commute to work, up to 4 per year. Each point may be redeemed for one of your 4 free rides.
Do not redeem your voucher until immediately before you to use GRH.
You must log a sustainable commute on the day you redeem your voucher.
After every trip, you must submit a signed Confirmation Report to be able to access your next ride.
